I need the Sun upon me
Warming the darkness
Found in my roots

I need the Sky above me
Vast and enormous
Giving room to my reach

I need the Grass around me
Cooling and soft
Where my shadow may rest

I need your song inside me
That sweet lullaby
Like a bubbling stream

I need your hands to touch me
Giving me chills
On a hot Summer's night

I need you to love me
To water the garden
You planted within me

I need your Love

I need it like the Earth needs the Moon
To pull upon its' tide

Like the snow capped Lhotse
Needs Everest above

I need the depths of you
The height of you

I need the electricity of your fingertips
To ignite my passion

I need your breath upon my face
